My wife and Son Noah went to Cincinnati for a visit to Mary's family and to see hers sister Elizabeth and her new baby Anna Roth Curran. The house is quiet, no TV, no kids rumbling and yelling. The loud sounds of Noah and three to four other neighborhood boys speeding through our house on the wooden floors, is absent. The only noise I hear is the jingling of our dog's tags, and the gnawing of Noah's rat Merrill on her cage, begging for a snack as I sit at my office desk. I will be working this weekend in Wooster and then will spend a few hours on Sunday doing things for me. A few priorities this week are figuring out what is wrong with our dishwasher and TV, which just quit tonight while watching a movie, damn... Well for now, I think we can move the TV from my office to the TV room and use a smaller spare TV we have to my office. Eventually it would be nice to get a new flat panel High Def TV, but in good time. Maybe we can find a good sale on July 4th. Please Uncle Sam, send my stimulus check soon...
